I demand to get as much space on my character as I got the last time I played EQ2. (If I recall right, that was 36 space bags x6 slots on the character screen. It's probably up to 40 or 44 now with the level cap in the 90s.)

(Oh, and the forageables stacked to at least 100.)

edit: will note you got me to download and play a bit finally for the first time in I don't remember how long

edit 2: will try to make a post about it and point out some things I find

I like the idea of adding food spoilage more so than adding more craft-station space.

@JC: Well, spent about 2 hours in game before I even knew it. I had all kinds of newbie skills in that time. The variety on foraging in great. I think I found 3 or 4 singing logs and a couple of gourds. I like some of the new additions, but not sure I want to eat bugs... :P Maybe I'm just out of practice, but seems like there was a gap in some of the skills and the inspirationals needed to get them, namely the early hunting skills. Things might have been "balanced" a bit too far away from getting small game hunting in the first couple of hours a little too much, either by the inspirationals available, or points needed to buy.

As far as additions seriously needed, these are more things that need to be brought over from Enders and forks of it: resizable minimap (should probably be a limit on it, though, or not... nothing wrong with opening it to full size of screen if you've explored that much recently); clickable minimap if you're going to have a "radar" for forageables; animals should be on it. I used the wilderness guide and nearly got ran over by a snake hiding behind a tree. Thankfully it decided to aggro a rabbit instead, so i got a couple of snakes and rabbits for no effort other than waiting. Too bad I had forgotten you need skills to get the hides off them and only got meat shreds :(

Also, raw tree nuts can be quite the... laxative, if not outright poisonous. (Same with peanuts, even though it's a legume).

I only quit because my mushroom debuff was getting up there to the point it was hindering me, so thought it was best to take a break overnight and rebuild my inspiration. It was nice getting those first two study skills so quickly.

I was confused about the number on the full and fed up debuff icon, though. Is this the indicator for number of points earned during the session? I didn't keep close track of the points I earned, but the 16 it was at when I logged for the night was about how many points I had earned on my new character. The way I read the rules on it, "per session" should be at one feasting session, or did I read that wrong and it is per log in? If it is the latter, wouldn't that make getting chains really easy by just putting in a really long play session? Would love some clarification on this as I wasn't really focusing on it at the time last night.

I'll definitely be playing some more. I actually felt like I was finding things and chasing from one shiny to the next.

about the points in a gluttony session: when you gain a bile up, the new value of that humour is added to your points counter. So if you glutton from 5/5/5/5 to 7/6/5/5 you will earn 19 points. If you jump two glutton levels at the same time (from stringing along 10 or more ups) you will only get the points once, for the value you end up at.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

How about if you gain the main point in one humour and the secondary point in your lowest humour?

Because if it's just a matter of the game counting it as a single event, I feel like it should get equalized one way or another, to not allow gimmicks but rather be consistent in all scenarios.

you will always gain the two points to the same humour, no ? as far as I was aware (and noticed, though I didn't pay much attention) it simply means that when yuo have gained 10 ups already, any subsequent bar fill will up that humour by two rather than by a single point.
