Sure, but I'd be guessing that you are retaining something else via that GameUI that the default client does not, seeing as how it doesn't exhibit the same problem despite doing the same thing. ;)

Well, VisualVM showed me that the MapMeshes were remaining in the heap dump across character switches, but I got rid of them somehow now.

i wonder what the retained size was?
Might be that was what caused the whole kebang in the first place.

Turns out I actually didn't push the new client version with memory fix to the file host. Will fix tonight. Sorry for the inconvenience (at least noone noticed :| )

Latikai, Latikai, Latikai. Wherfore art thou Latikai and not with an A. I promise i'll never heap dump on your name again.

Thanks.

Hi there ,
First of all great work , i enjoy it as much as i did when i used Enders Client.
Some Question i have : is it possible to toggle off/on a grid (not the terraform grid ) and is there a way to properly place Objects like Crates ? i try to put them down while holding ctrl or alt or shift but it seems like it doesn't make any difference at all.

What grid are you looking for if not the terraforming grid?

ctrl and shift should work.

you must first right clic the object when holding it above your head, for a ghost object to appear and then use shift-wheel and ctrl
