Im new too been playing for two days as of the 25th august 2014
If your a noob or an older player restarting or even if you just want a new friendly base to join I have here slots available for all types and creeds.
whether your a forager, a chef, or even a raider I want you to come join my team of new settlers.

No requirements needed I simply wish to fill my base camp area with followers and crafters alike.
this is a brutal game as I know from years of haven and hearth, and in experience from that numbers equal power.

We will endeavour to create a friendly village settlement with plenty of things to do for newer and older players.

eventually (few months down the line) we hope to involve the rest of the world of Salem in our trading posts set up in the Boston area and our very own trade village.

So if you want to play Salem on a team for the greater good of the land and its peoples join us today

Please no more applications as I have just been brutally MURDERED in the most Extravagant way.

A short explanation:

Upon logging in one of our members Wilson III happened upon a fallen nubbin.
He tracked the nub to his claim and told him there would be consequences should he be found stealing again..

Shorty thereafter I log in to find a new player has appeared inside the village walls.
Upon seeking information on how he managed to find me and our base he replies with 'Its me TIM'

I actually thought to myself Damn maybe I brought this guy up here and forgot about him..

After apologising to Tim and telling him he is free to settle in and make the area his home he proceeds to ask annoying questions like
'Where is everyone else?' 'Come hunt beaver with me?'
repeatedly..

After an even shorter time I get ready to start building my new walled in hovel,

Tim asks 'Come here I want to show you'

Intrigued by his somewhat elusive discovery I enter the hovel I built to find that I am trapped inside a knocked out Tim with a guy wearing an executioners mask standing over my trembling Body.

the rest is easy to figure out.

After the mess I ran in with my fighting alt the Shanks and proceeded to pummel the guy with punches uppercuts stomps and charges,
It made him run to the corner of the hovel but after realising I was still stuck inside bodies he easily defeated me.

A tip for new starters and older returning players.

Just literally disappear off the map and don't tell anyone where your going.
Don't invite anyone
Don't talk to anyone
Don't let anyone join your cause unless you know them personally.
USE TEAMSPEAK.
above all else be extremely vigilant. if you see someone you don't recognise RUN!!!
this guy has the meanest tactics known to permadeath games.
