The whole report went about the question whether or not Darwoth used the chair bug, in the end he came to a conclusion that there were also other possibilties. The whole point is that he came up with irrelevant information, not whether or not this is considered as a bug. I am increadible angry about this matter, which is perhaps not entirely fair however it was in the heat of the moment.

He gave people me the feeling that it was considered as a bug even when he knew about it himself, heck he even went investigating the matter for a long while. (around 1 hour)

I may be a ***** for whining but I am positive that you've made a mistake in approaching this matter.

Yes, as long you don't consider it a bug yourself, keep the information limited just like you did previous time. I did not publicly called that a ''bug'' because I had no idea how he got in. The whole report would have been different and more easy.
