99% of people don't realize that turning on criminal acts and tresspassing over a claim can cause them to KO for extended periods of time when they first play Salem. It is not my job, nor will I ever make it my job to walk players through every single negative consequence of criminal actions. I consider stealing a chair that does not belong to you, exactly that and while I agree there could be better implementation for Trojan horses than this mechanic, better implementing something =/= restores nor is it an admission that the mechanic itself is a bug.

This is only valid in the context of aggressor & Victim. Nobody abusing that bug also lost a character to said bug. In the event two players both lost characters against each other while both using the bug I would be less inclined to restore either.
