These might not be races on their own, but they're subspecies of the human race. You categorize animals in subspecies's too, why not humans? Because it hurts your precious little feelings?

Is it ok to substitute "nazi" for "soviet" or "commie" then? Since, you know, their policies regarding freedom of speech and different opinion expression were(are) pretty much the same, and yet there is hardly anyone complaining about being called that.

Commie is in no ways racial, It you want to go that far just ban all slurs, but lets not start calling everything a racial slur.

Just remove the HoB then, there is no point in discussing (ingame) politics if political ideologies may not be mentioned.

Now you're all just being silly. There are no rules against mentioning politics, but if you use something like calling someone a 'communist' or a 'nazi' as a slur, it may be judged discriminatory as per rule 2.5, which is about more than just racism.
