The Tumbleweed Courant is looking for your obituaries!
Write your own Obituary or write one for your dear friend!

dont just let the killers enjoy the game with their stories!
those who died have the right to enjoy their own stories of deaths ;)
grow thick skin, laugh it out, and write a cool obituary to move on tomorrow!

1) must include the ingame name of the deceased, the date, and the cause of death. preferably the name of the killer.

2) must be less than 100 words, short and neat and well-organized. the shorter, the better.
(if the obituary is worth enough reading, longer ones can be accepted, but depends on how well it is done.)

3) you can write about your own death or your friend's death, but truth please. some exaggeration allowed.

4) those who want to stay anonymous can send it by pm but would need some proof to convince me.

5) the deceased do NOT need to be famous. this is to pray sincerely for the peace of the deceased.

¦] stating the obvious, but the death MUST be the one happened IN THIS GAME.

for those who made it on the paper will receive a fancy small virtual medal, designed originally, that you could use in your signature if you want to show your contribution to the Courant.

Found bones on a beach,
Made the long walk to the church.
Now my friend can rest.

Goodman Lefalas, 30, died of dysentery earlier this month. Having suffered a sword wound to the stomach, he made it as far as the ocean before expiring upon the sand.

The Goodman was a great lover of inspirationals and exploration. He had dreams of mountain climbing which, alas, will never be fulfilled. He was also highly appreciative of women, and would often idle outside of the unused building in Boston that he insisted would be the town brothel.

Goodman Lefalas is left and mourned by no kin. His friend Tylan extends an invitation to the citizens of Boston to pay their respects during this Sunday's mass.

The player could always write up something more thorough and provide a link to the story.

Obituary for myself. Not going to post any pictures, as I may change my mind and play again later.

R.I.P. Coronado (my main)
Was just another hermit trying to mind his own business.
Should have kept up to date on the game announcements.
You got your revenge, escaped the law, but could not outrun karma...

Long story short, got raided a week ago by a neighbor whom I thought was long gone. Tracked him down and summon killed him in hopes of getting my stuff back; didn't. Whatever, I took care of my own business and was proud of that. Ran far west to hide in the mountains just as a precaution. Stopped checking the forums for a few days while waiting for scents to disappear (mostly just idled different areas in the darkness while playing other games). Decided to move him in another direction tonight altogether (as it was a part of the game) and inadvertently killed him due to the bug-fix. Why use it in the first place? Because the game is so stacked against hermits who try to take care of their own business that it was the only way to ensure you could keep ahead of others. All skills learned, been playing for a month solid until I got raided. Stats 58 blood and low 60s for everything else. Pretty much hit the soft stat wall for non-farming foods, so was transitioning into massive farming before losing the base. It was a fun run, but now it's over. I'll be waiting for the update like everyone else who quit I guess. Really hoping for an improved justice system in the future, as I've lost all motivation to invest any more time into this game with the current one.

we hope so!
can you make sword in box light sword so sword come out when opened? then if sword is back after sword, use light saber on box, and saber will be boxed after sword is out. - Battlebug (Sw:tor forums pre-wipe)

Homosexual lovers, Gunnær and Vigilance, age 9 and 58 respectively, were cut down after a night of rough yet tender loving, by Mushibag's sword, Akalimainijahd, given to him by Bait. The two lovers managed to whisper "I love you" to each other, with their last breath.

Gunnær enjoyed pumpkin seeds, snake-skin boots and blazing braziers for the light they shone while he made love with Vigilance, and for their haunting mooing sound.

Vigilance enjoyed tumbleweeds, pocketwatches and singing logs for how they sang Barry White upon request and for their haunting mooing sound.
