Interesting how the Knight of Justice, Kaios, doesn't seem so interested in finding justice for Realak. Seems like "justice" is only interesting for him when the "victim" isn't someone he dislikes?

I like Realak, especially when he's on the track! Though I did look at those posts that were linked to and he edited them just recently to remove the links to his soundcloud I assume but whether or not he's telling the truth that his **** was private a month before he removed those links or they were dead or whatever I don't know so I decided I wouldn't speculate.

Though I don't doubt someone of neored's calibre likely found your name through creepier means, I'm sure they'll still stand by the fact the links were up and active for a time regardless of when they may have been inactive or the soundcloud made private.

Although I can certainly appreciate wanting neored banned.

That's not the issue at hand though. The ban was lifted because you have made your private information public to the forums before and at multiple times in multiple locations. It cannot, with any fidelity based on this, be said that a user has gone out of their way to find this information if it was plainly presented to them. You may have removed that information later but that's not relevant to the verdict. Unless the circumstances change, Meow's proof is solid. Even if the pages have been removed/abandoned for nearly a month, they were still around for several months before that and listed in popular threads.

From the rules:

Any posting of one's own personal data is entirely at the user's own risk, and when posted to the forum, is considered to be consent.

Did Neored have actual consent, as in consent in normal English, from Realak to post the personal data? Answer: no.

Is it stupid to define "consent" in such way that if you in any way post something that indirectly reveals your personal data, you are forever and ever giving "consent" for every reader in the forum (even after you quit the game) to spread that personal information as wildfire? Yes, very stupid.

Why is it stupid? Because the whole point of a rule limiting spreading of personal information is to protect the individual. What beneficial purpose does it serve to remove the right for the individual to decide when he/she wants his personal information no longer to be spread through forum?

Mentally retarded people deserve protection and since it per definition takes longer time for a retarded person to reach the same conclusion as a normally gifted person, the right to have one's "No" respected should never be abolished.

Okay, that's enough. When I looked at the links yesterday, the songs were gone, but the Soundcloud account was still there and still listed Realak's real first name in association with his screen name, which indicated to me that he didn't care about his personal information being here, he just wanted to get someone else in trouble. He has since changed the account to say only Realak.

At this point, if you want the forums to forget your first name, Realak, the best thing to do is just stop talking about it. Stop making this a memorable event. I can't edit people's memories, I can only ask them to refrain from spreading the information that you willingly gave them.

I have never referred to Realak by his real name, I removed his name from the original post, and I have asked neored9 to not continue taunting Realak with it, which he graciously agreed to. That, and dropping the subject now, is all that I can rightly do.
