Care to elaborate on this so-called reason? I've seen plenty of varying opinions and insults towards the denigration of his character, nothing that really justifies putting time and effort towards the humiliation of a single player though.

So it's ok to single someone out and treat them poorly provided they have done something to offend you? Isn't that hypocritical towards the feelings others have in regards to the posting of not just Claeyt but other individuals as well. There are plenty of forum users I find much more annoying or have posted much worse material than Claeyt and yet have they been singled out?

Who do you mean exactly, Biddas? You mean the guy who is consistently banned and then mysteriously unbanned despite the time not being up on more than one occasion? Yeah the treatment seems very similar.

I'll agree for the sake of argument that others have faced repercussions for their actions but certainly not to this extent and most certainly not for simply being an individual someone finds annoying. Why is that even an offense in the first place?

The response you get if you don't like anyone else's posting is more likely to be, "There is an ignore function, use it."

Which should also be the response given when someone reports Claeyt for sharing his opinions, however annoying you find him.

Are you saying that singling out people who disagree with you politically and over social issues is okay for dev's to do in-game?
