"Pay to win" is used to describe a situation in a game, where players can gain (non-cosmetical) advantage over other players by paying real life money.

League of Legends is pay-to-win for most of its playerbase.

You are probably one of those guys, who say, that Hearthstone is pay to win. By that logic Dota2 is also pay to win, since you can buy cosmetic sets and as everyone knows "cool decals make the car go faster".

OnTopic: That changelog was definitely longer, than expected. I hope we get to see the new store soon ;)

Paying in hearthstone most certainly affects the win ratio for a large amount of the population in ranked and casual modes. If you can pay to increase your win ratio, then it very much sounds like you can pay to win. Of course, in the highest competitive setting (a minority of the playerbase), they got access to all options so paying even more won't help them win.

That said, League of Legends is my favourite game currently and I am very much okay with that for a large part of the playerbase, you can increase your win-ratio by paying.

Again you show your ignorance.

Doubt it. 500+ with no clothes is probably 2 hitting them with a sword if he avoids the stomps and even then he's killing all 6 probably.

When i get a character 500+ i'll let you have him (I know how hard it is for you to get above 20) and show you how to get worked with someone half the humor.

Aright, I see your point, but I still don't think I agree. Imagine if LoL had better champions or runes / HS had better cards, both only available for real world currency - that would be pay to win to me.
Also this difference between "free" players and "customer" players you describe gets negligible as you progress and is only significant for completely new players.

Really, thats the half implemented idea that you think they need to focus on?

Or is he roleplaying now?

It's a nice update but I kind of expected more witchy stuff.
