Yeah, looks like a whole bush ripped out of the ground and on JC's back. This leads to an interesting possibility...will bushes be plantable between trees? We will have to wait to see!

The thing in his inventory are the parts of a still. and the cage is just a landscaping trellis. Looks like we get 1) new non-period weapon, 2) rum (hooray), and maybe milk based on the bottle in the inventory, and 3) new ways to make our settlements boo-ti-ful. Oh and the ability to plant thorn busnes and cranberries. This latter may mean we can really start terraforming and changing the environment type. This could be related to the new "purity behind your walls" system.
