Why has the tribe changed their tune over the months I was gone from all four games? Back in the days, you did indeed demand people to sign treaty /ally with you or you would consider them to be hostile and thus not neutral.

Edit: To clarify, I consider neutrality to be multilateral property. If a faction declares war on you, you are not neutral anymore. To be neutral, a requirement (but not sufficient one) is that all parties have to be non-hostile against you.

By that definition you are correct I suppose, no neutrality.

Imo, however, all major factions being indifferent and/or unaware of a player is pretty much neutrality.

No tune has been changed at all. In a roleplay sense, yeah, if you don't sign the treaty you're a filthy squatter and an enemy of the Tribe. But over and over it's been said, you sign the treaty, you are safe from us and will even be protected or avenged by us if you need it.

If you don't, you are fair game and we will raid you if we find you and decide we want to raid you, doesn't matter if you're hostile or 'neutral'. That's why you can't really be neutral in a game like this, where the raids are done not on bosses but on player bases, and PvP is a big part of the game.

Every good story needs some evil.

I would indeed do that if I wasn't blaming myself for not taking command when Dark was off, and directed people whatever Dark would have thought about it. Emil did it, I should have done the same. I'm as stupid as... Well. DarkNacht I guess.

The first real walls, stone and plank ones, has been bashed, and three nests of braziers has been destroyed with the trick I talked about earlier. I asked Mikus how it happened, and no one was actually defending. The church and some of one towny's stuff had been wiped. And the Tribe retreated for some reason.

Sorry to hear about your town. Keeping a town going is incredibly hard. It's especially scary if the Tribe can now come under attack by Braziers and wipe protected towns.

Can someone please post exactly what happened with the Braziers. I know that they can be nerfed by having too many together and that the Tribe used to be able to spam braziers next to on-claim braziers to nerf the town's braziers but I thought Loftar fixed that months ago.

How exactly did they Spam nerf your braziers and how exactly are Braziers on claims affected by off claim empty Braziers now?

I'd like to see some dev posts here on this because I thought this was fixed. Is it still ***** as a new mechanic?
