Is it possible to setup a patch notes type of a system instead of forum thread(s)?
Can the patch notes also include some sort of a RSS / XML Feed so maybe would be fansite creators can consume it and syndicate it?
I've been trying to figure out whats happening and with forum threads getting bumped up and down I have no idea what the order of changes are ...

To see what order the patches are in check the creation date of the thread topic. That is a terrible response and I know. We are hoping to have official patch notes in the client as well as other nice things in the future. Right now our focus is still a bit focus'd on what we feel makes the game 'broken' at the moment before we jump to these nice things.
