It is quite clear to us that the hat is not the problem. If Java itself is just hard-crashing and its not actually a server/client bug then can you try re-installing Java?

i have seen the devs log on to test the hat two or three separate times now which means you are using up their time chasing your tall tales claeyt.

I can not log onto it. Please just log onto my account and move it to my Claeyt character if you can log onto him. I need Belethor and I can't even log in. Why the ***** are you guys doing this to me. Just give it to another character of mine if you want to keep griefing me with it.

I try and log onto that character and it clicks a bunch and then crashes to desktop. Is there some way to get a crash report. None pops up.

Why can't you take it off Belethor and put it on Claeyt or someone else?

Why the ***** should I have to reinstall Java just so you can keep griefing me with this hat? I re-installed it like a month ago. It's up to date. Just put it on a different character of mine for now please or better yet put it in my inventory so that I can log on to Belethor at least. I'll put it back on after I talk to the people waiting for me on Skype to log on.
