We just finished some extensive testing on the hat and it appears that Claeyt is lying about it being bugged. So far he has:

Lied about it having sockets.
Lied about me logging off before he put it on.
Lied about his character getting wiped.
Lied about it bugging him out.
Lied about wanting a pocket in it.

It is unfortunate that he refuses to grow from this experience and instead chooses to dig himself in a deeper hole.

Why has claeyt not been banned for this? It may not explicitly be against the rules but it is inarguably unconscionable.
And fake bug report? That's him stealing time and money from MM and development from Salem.

I lied about the sockets.

You didn't tell me anything about it when you gave it to me. How was I supposed to know it would be bugged? How was I supposed to know that it wasn't like all the other clothing in the game? No other clothing is bugged like it.

My character is wiped. I can't log on with it. How am I supposed to use it. I can't even log on with it.

I'd love for it to not crash me and to be removable and to have a pocket. Why wouldn't I want it to be those things. Right now I just want to use the character. Please log on it for me and remove it so I don't crash. Make it so I don't crash and I'll put it on an alt named Claeyt and wear it forever. Put a pocket on it and i"ll keep wearing it but for right now I can't even log onto it.

It is working just fine.

You mention that you cannot port with it. But I noticed it does not have a homestead. So the issue is you must construct a leanto or Claimstone in order to port. Three is a small red system message that is telling you that you have no homestead when you try to port, so in the future please pay attentionto that when you believe you are bugged and cannot port.

Also loftar investigated this as well for you. All seems fine.

What do you need? I can't even log on with the character. Can't you just log onto the account and test it? I give full permission for you to just log on and do it. give the hat to Alloin or Mereni to test or move it to my Claeyt account so that I can test it there. I need this character.

I can not log on with it? What do you need for me to do to get this off of me? I've tried to log on 6 times in the last half hour with it ffs. Is there some sort of way to get a crash report from the log on.

Can't you just take it off of me so I can use this character. Put it on another character, put it on the Claeyt character on the same account and I'll test it from there. I need to kin some people and set them up in town with Belethor.
