After seeing our first patch, and the magnitude of changes we can make in a short window of time, I think you will immediately see how silly, wrong, and stupid your accusation is.

You can say a lot of things about loftar/jorb and their approach to game development, but I've come to get a great respect for loftar's programming capabilities.
I have neither the crayons nor the time to explain it to you.

+1

I always felt a bit sorry when thinking about "Salem", because I had the feeling that somewhere along the journey the focus got lost. It is a bit hard to see, what the intention was. Is this primarily a crafting game with a PvP appendix? Or the other way round? Or both and nobody ever bothered to properly balance these two aspects?

The new guys in charge seem to have ideas. I am curious where they are leading the project to.

Its always been a PVP focused game with heavy crafting. Both rely on each other. Pdox really ***** the message up.

hey John I had a question that puzzles me, right now the winds of change are coming and we are all happy, but I have a question that leaves me with some doubt. The streets? right now does not have an effect on things or people, I'd like that would better a little this system. The Roman Empire led his troops to the maximum effectiveness when they created the system of roads. I'd like to see this change in the patch of July. Thanks again John and excuse my enthusiasm too.

Pavement currently increases the speed at which you can pull a cart over them. Streets are essentially useful in that regard. Arguably they could be made more useful though.
