That he took the time to track someone down is threatening, and sending said picture with that vague question that he obviously knows the answer to is something a person does when they want to intimidate someone. I feel that is reasonable grounds for a ban.

Baby Binks got scared because someone found a picture I'm sure he himself put online in some public forum (facebook for example) and linked it to him in an oh so threatening manner! What do you think is going through his mind at this point, "Oh look, he found my facebook! His next step is probably murder!!!"
