Okay, John took a few minutes out of his very busy schedule to look this over. Since the account was freely given and freely offered back, he's decided we'll immediately return the Biddas account to the original owner and neither party will be punished in any other way for any of this.

Of course, the Biddas account will be banned from the forums for the same amount of time as the Brego account.

As for the EULA and the TOS, those are in John Carvers area of responsibility so this isn't really the thread to talk about them in but they will be taken care of along with all the other legal matters being dealt with right now.

A weak response, allowing Cleayt to continue his poor behavior without punishment will only encourage it.

"Brona, Biddas, Binks and Darwoth are a "Winjuns" because they cowardly decided to become "Followers' and joined the Tribe because it seemed like the Tribe was "Winning". They weren't able to build or fight on their own this world so they became one of the Tribe's underlings instead."

There's a few problems with this, of course. The Tribe has had almost 100% turnover in active players from the First Age to the present. The Tribe is victorious because of these new members. Binks assisted Darwoth in turning back 8 Russians. Brona took down Goat, despite the fellow having higher humors and reinforcements nearby. Biddas wrecked Realak's town and executed him. Badger not only survived a 5v2 ambush, but turned the situation around and killed all of his assailants. Mikus holds the Second Age record for lives ended. All of these save Brona became a full Brave only after the server restart. The production segment of the Tribe who largely choose to remain anonymous has seen similar turnover, but no degradation in performance.

Whose coattails are these people riding? Whose underlings are they? These Braves are the Tribe, and the source of its success.

Darwoth, of course, remains a force of his own - and as World's End found out last night, quite a formidable one.

No different from the actions taken, ill and mannered, by every other individual on this forum. You've seen it, I've seen it, every other fool has seen it as well. Why give even a thought to it is what I wonder. It would be more prideful, and high in humility, to simply not acknowledge the person(s) you're against.

Winjuns are Winjuns. They head to the team that looks like it's winning. I'm not saying Binks or Darwoth are bad players but they both took the easy way out. Binks isn't playing with L33Lee or Alloin anymore for a reason and I had much higher expectations for Darwoth this world. I had a dream of him being a sort of evil Mushi character and taking on the Tribe in his own insidious way but instead he bent his knee to the Chief and the Tribe and became a sort of mascot of theirs or maybe a pet dog of some kind. He's off on his own but he's still under the protection and domination of the tribe. If you give him a firm 'NO', he's been trained not to do it.

We still haven't heard much about Sunari's town. Mostly I heard that they let the bell drop and Darwoth Belled over them and trapped them inside and online and then killed them. Seems like a cheap victory even if Sunari's a top player and had pretty high humours. All players should know that the Bells lose authority before they completely empty. I have no idea why Jorb and Loftar didn't change that years ago. Hopefully the new dev team does it quickly so we don't have another 'World's End' where someone forgets to fill the bell and it get's destroyed with some silver still in it, if that is what happened.

As for the rest of the Winjuns all of them failed before they joined the tribe. Badger and Brona died If I remember correclty and we all know the legend of Biddas. They may not be bad players but they took the easy, well worn path into the ranks of the tribal minions. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Large organized groups win Salem, just like in most MMo's. The Tribe is just the only large group left that actually raids, kills and yammers on about their raids and kills endlessly on the forums. There are other large groups out there but they're generally completely peaceful. Only certain types of people are Winjuns and they generally like playing on the winning side, no matter who it is.
