I can't help but wonder why you wouldn't attempt BTK though... 10k Silver would buy you more Worms than you'd be able to shake a stick at. Surely you've got the numbers to be able to attempt such a feat. Why else would they be called "Braves", if they weren't actually brave?

Raoul doesn't have the means to pay the contract and I doubt he has the integrity to pay it upfront.

It seems you're challenging someone to claim that 10k...

Since the Chief has denied this contract, and since BTK has stolen their village from Painhertz and tried to ***** over a new recruit, I shall see to it that justice is served. Raoul, please send any information you might have in regard to this job.

A village obviously has the right to decide who to allow to stay in the village or not. Raoul put forth only allegations. No scents from alleged battery. He brought forth allegations without fact.
You know the burden of proof falls to the accuser no? Where are his screenshots of us 'attacking him' or doing anything to him other than removing him from our village charter.

But back on point for Bait to be able to use the word Justice...

He would have to be operating from facts - he isnt
Fairness - A village removing 2 bad members equates someone completely removed from the situation taking a 'bounty' to raze their home and health?:P
This ties into C... Raoul was allowed to leave the village after being found as a thief. Anyone from the village can testify to that -(10ish people vs the word of 1)

"Justice served" is really all that I took umbrage with.
Bait is equating himself with less integrity that Darworth or the Chief demonstrate:) At least they are honest about where they get their kicks from:)

I've spoken with both parties, and consider myself a fairly decent judge of character... Quote the Dictionary all you'd like, that doesn't change what has gone on over at BTK.

I'll do some more digging over the course of the day, to ensure that I'm 100% correct in my judgement. If it is proven that you do in fact require being punished, I've already wished you luck.
