According to the fact that Treaty Members are NOT Tribe Members, but only people that wish to live without having to fear for their stuff and lives, attacking them is, on my opinion, attacking innocent people.

Do you really think it's fair to call running away cowardly when it's 8 to 1 against him? Especially when he didn't even actually run away? Now, when Binks did arrive and odds were still in the attackers' favor, it was bit chicken for them to run.
