lol no offense or anything but I feel like the whole reason Jorb and Loftar neglected to regulate that sort of behaviour and in fact encouraged it by doing absolutely nothing about it was because it is almost impossible to handle through any sort of manual means. I don't really have much confidence in "well we are going to take care of it as we see it."

My concern is the use of bots and code manipulations- the fact you feel the need to point out it's not allowed and other threads that show that it exists: viewtopic.php?f=3&t=9791&p=131211&hilit=bots#p131211

How can you promise folks a level playing field- a true balance if you just shrug everything to date under the rug and call it good?! Folk who benefited from it will continue to dominate the server at the expense of those who didn't.

I get that you might not catch every instance...going forward; but how will you address what has happened to date? You can't...unless you wipe.

I don't believe anyone has used bots ingame to push themselves to any kind of unfair advantage.
Just so the new developers know, this is the same guy who believed that the only place 10% mercury water could spawn was up in mountains.

Nah, I occasionally reply with a somewhat reasonable response. In return I've received posts from people like neored with zero value.

If you really don't think there are bots in game then you haven't joined a serious faction.

Are you convinced that the bots will be sophisticated to the point that their repetitions will be randomized? Or are you just skeptical that players will see and/or report the activity?

Both actually, if you aren't aware at how advanced the botting situation can really get perhaps I should refer you to the the Haven & Hearth forums?
