There's absolutely no way that anyone in the MM tribe would ever post this comment. I'm going to chalk all this confusion down to poor name choice on their part and wish them all the luck in the world and of course do anything to help them along the way to growing this game.


You Dev's should also contact Aavak either on his Twitch account or on his Steam group and try to get him promoting your game again. Maybe give him a free townbell package or something. He get's 10,000 viewers for each of his YouTube "Let's Play" videos and he'd be a great advertiser for the game.

The fact that this just came out of no where without warning was really a surprise to me. I mean, I had expected some sort of response from Jorb and Loftar at some point regarding the game's development but certainly nothing like this and not so soon. Considering that along with the numerous coincidences that have been listed so far, it really does lead to a decent amount of skepticism as to what's actually going on.

I'm not so sure. They are fully aware of the people's perception towards them and I feel such a hardcore group of players would do anything in their power to convince us otherwise. Sure, they have no plans to change the moderation team at this time, but that isn't really saying much. Who ever it is, they are in charge of the game now and whether or not they change the moderation team now or later on doesn't really seem to matter much to me.

I've renamed the lead developer character in this story to "MushMouth" but the plot still lacks depth. I've tried to give jorb some suggestions on how to improve this character and possibly provide for some interesting action, but really I think jorb should toss out this rough draft of his new made-for-tv teen tragi-drama.

Well the company name certainly isn't compelling evidence that it's not the Tribe, but the names "JohnCarver" and "TotalyMeow" aren't really very good proof that it is them. I'm sure everyone has googled John Carver by now if they weren't aware of who he was, I know I did and it seems to fit in with the whole Plymouth thing and really that knowledge could be possessed by anyone. TotalyMeow is just a joke name and I'm not sure how that could reveal them.

Maybe I need to clarify some complex words for everyone. when I say "game" I mean anything that can be considered a game. I don't give a **** if it's a ***** trading card game or innovative rules for a new style of poker. *****, even a drinking game with more substance than "drink when you hear a word or phrase." Get it? I'm not asking for AAA character creation with full facial sliders and stupid teen girl ****. How about: One demonstration that this fictional company consists of people who can show that they know how to design games instead of rip off some other person's work and pretend to recreate it in a free game engine.

This fictional company has not shown that they know anything about games except what they think they know from their prepubescent fantasies.

I have no doubt that my character on this forum will be destroyed (as not credible) before most of you either realize that my points are valid or walk away yourselves, but I am certain there will be a few thoughtful and rational people here who will chuckle some day knowing that ***** "Crazy Champie" was the only sane one at the time.

Yeah I don't really understand the logic behind this either. I'm just as excited as the next person to possibly see this game move forward in its development but hiding who the new developers are just makes no sense to me. I understand it's very likely that the names they have chosen had no affiliation with the so-called company and are merely an attempt to create a welcoming persona for this game's community but it is a bit strange you're only creating a website now with that company name and using those names as the only sole affiliation with that company. People shouldn't be afraid or adverse to asking these types of questions because frankly every player has the right to know this information, whether they realize it or not.
