I've got the "Mayor by Default" look and "Summit Ascender" ensemble.

The mayor is a respectable traders getup, perfect for lulling them into that much needed false sense of security.

May I suggest fyne frock, plymouth jacket, buckle shoes, pilgrim's pants and tricorn/pilgrim's hat for a genteel look? Though with pilgrim's hat, opera mask and trapper boots, one may look more like a highwayman.
