Not sure, but at the top of your forum page, it says "Forum", "Server status" , "account", "store" and "logout". Click "Account", then you will see a character section there, maybe your dead character appears there?

You can go to account => characters. If you created a char that inherited of this one's possessions, then you should see "direct ancestor", which should be your deceased char, with his stats.
