At least you're trying Claeyt. Still say you should do some tests yourself though.

I've done some tests with both waste and the other criminal acts and it is a 40 base and it hits pretty damn hard. Next up is trying multiple braziers and out of range braziers affecting other braziers.

Either contribute to the help thread or stop trolling it.

Its not my job to have to write a NEW guide for every TROLL guide you put in the help thread. I've already helped more than you by pointing out many of your statements presented as FACTS are simply untrue. The only person trolling here is YOU by placing false information in Help, I'm simply trying to maintain the integrity of it by making sure people don't believe your ***** 100% and mess up their base as a result.

Then what exactly am I saying is false. I believe everything is true now that I've gotten the correct radius down for the braziers. What specifically is false now?

For real, be more specific about what's wrong or get out.

Thanks for pointing out the errors in the wiki. There's a lot to update and this got overlooked. I've updated the pages for braziers and torchposts to reflect what we know as of now. Further updates in the future when more is known, of course.

And just to toss in my two cents, I think a Help thread is a bit premature as we still only have partial information on what exactly is going on with braizers. Anyone who wants to can read the speculation in the other thread and know that it is, in fact, incomplete information, instead of reading something here, believing it true, and finding later that it was defective. Any actually helpful posts here should be copied to the other thread and the rest of it locked.

Every Help thread is a discussion and can be updated as new things are found out. I'll read your wiki and add anything new to this thread but I'm hoping everyone just adds what they find out here to help new players. That's how all the Help threads work.

Edit: Read the tribe's wiki and added the 250 pixel measurement and a link to it.

It's not premature. We just need to stick to facts and state what is known, both confirmed working and doesn't work. We need to figure out what the myths and speculation are and put them to the test to see if they're correct or just someone's fantasy. There's no reason that stuff can't be posted here.

It's not premature. The original post was made in the wrong section of the forums.

This subforum is commonly used to nut out new mechanics.

Or you guys could just test it yourselves and figure it out. Were not here to hold your hands. You should be happy Chief is even letting you know that a lot of the information Claeyt trying to provide is wrong.

If you don't substantiate your claims it's just plain old trolling, which is forbidden in this subforum.

How hard is it to test it for yourselves and see what he's talking about? It took us less than 5 minutes to set up everything for testing. You should be far enough along in your character development to start doing tests. I realize you play at a much slower rate, but its been more than long enough for you to be able to reasonably test this for yourself.
