this might work well in the short term, long term it never does. the only way a group ever does well and avoids going through members like a revolving door is with a strong leadership that does not compromise for convenience or bodies and only selectively recruits members based off of his ideals for the group.
that is the difference between a guild that lasts a game vs one that lasts a decade.
