I talked to other Tribal members about the chief using the account not you, I'm sorry if it seemed I was saying you said this. There's plenty of possible proof if he did log on it. The mods have said that the ISP numbers are being checked as to who logged on and took the account. Those will show if Vigi or Chief or whoever used the account. They are also hopefully checking and matching the changed email accounts to see who has it now.
