they are only 2 guys an also working on "hafen", so I can't see salem (or haven) getting regular updates.

haven doesnt get updates but still retains a decent population, if they can achieve that with salem too it would be impressive. would need more content tho I think (taming etc.).

Reality? Yes. Reasons? not for what any of the chatty Kathy's have put up there or here. If they have significantly improved the ease into the game with the new skill and gluttony system, we will see more people hang around longer. I think the latest world reset of Haven saw 1500+ people during peak hours, but now it stays under 400-500.

I'd still like to have someone find that post where jorb, loftar, or one of the Paradox folks ever promised "no wipes."

wow massively, I'm totally sure at least 3,000 people read that site! When Beau originally covered this game it went GREAT!

it does get old players thinking about the game again, but i'm doubtful this article will attract new players. Server Wipes probably aren't terribly good for publicity.
