For the same reason that this didn't need a jorb intervention in the first place. Blowing **** out of proportion won't help anything. There's absolutely no reason to continue escalating and it's that kind of attitude which brings us to where we are right now. So why don't you go ***** off, take your ***** to an applicable thread, and stop interjecting your negativity into every god damned page on these forums.

Honestly, this should be the one place we can come and place our complaints about moderation as the title says, without the fear of bans in doing so. All this thread does is make it a place for mods to come and ban you the minute they see something said they do not like. I am not furthering a discussion of what has happened in the past, but at the same time it seems to me that people were banned in the past for "bullying" and yet the same thing happens in this thread from the mods themselves.
IS this a place to post our complaints or is this a place for us to come and be banned the minute we do?
People bring up valid complaints and are met with bans and warnings in doing so. One mod more than others is quick to stop a complaint with a ban or making up a new rule to uphold whatever it is he thinks is wrong. And then you have the people in the background who will set and throw gas on the fire by sticking up for the mods or insulting someone to get a rise out of them. Yet those people are never reprimanded.
So my complaint is with sabinati, you have no business on these forums. You do nothing but bully people around when you feel as if your pee pee has been stepped on. We have no recourse. We can not do anything about your abuse. I am not insulting you nor am I trying to start a fight with which you will use to ban me again for no reason. you are out of line with the way you handle yourself. I think you have the idea that you run the show. And with this you run a muck with how you handle stuff. Will I get a ban for stating the truth? More than likely. Will it be a fair ban? nope. Since this last bunch of garbage I got into and received my 30 day ban, I have noticed the other mods are trying to at least be a little more polite. You however could care less. Please to go back to the haven forums and just stay there.

the thread is for legitimate complaints written in a "concise and courteous manner". this is not a thread to vent*, argue, or troll; it is not a thread to berate or harass the moderators; it is not a court of public opinion, nor is it a court of appeal, or any kind of court. jwhitehorn's post upon his return from his 1-day ban was neither concise nor courteous, nor was it a legitimate complaint. he was warned for it, acknowledged the warning, and then continued to post in the same manner regarding his 1-day ban that had already passed. there is literally nothing that could be done to correct the "issue" at that point, so there was no reason to press the matter further other than trolling.

*you may vent, but there may be repercussions for doing so, hence the "if you feel you need to vent without fear of repercussions you may send me a PM doing so" - jorb

The problem is Sabinati, the rules do not apply the same for some. I think that is the biggest gripe most have. you say the thread is not to troll, yet just below you it is exactly what colsie did. If some unnamed others would have done that they would of been warned or banned. I am not sure why you gave such a long post on why the chief was banned. I am not on his side nor was I trying to imply such. Heck he has been banned so many times it is a joke anymore. Yet others have been given perma bans. It is a "good ole boy" system. As for this place being for complaints? Heck, all it is, is a place for the mods to ban anyone who stands up for themselves. You have some downright nasty and foul people on this server who in most threads do nothing but troll and belittle others. Yet you never see them banned for it. Then there are the regulars ie. the ones you ban all the time.
I kind of wonder if Jorbtar like it this way. keep the drama high so the forums do not fold. Cause the game sure has.

So my conclusion of last 10 pages in this topic is. If you get warned or banned for unfair reason better dont come and complain about it, becouse for mods its easyer to give you permaban than have some kind of argumentation or discusion about reasoning behind warning/ban.

NICE WORK GUYS.

I hope that gods will be on players side and after 10 times you ban without reason your penis falls off.

Yet from everything i have read in the last dozen or so pages is that even people that come here and give "legitimate complaints written in a concise and courteous manner" get banned. I don't know if its the fact that the moderators don't actually know what they mean by there own statement or the is some other childish reasons they are banning players. But from what i can tell this is just horrible conduct being displayed by the moderators. And as i think that this job may not come with any pay or a low pay this might be a excellent time to seek employment else where that you talents may be better suited. Perhaps a child daycare where you can really fight with the best of them in a he said no he said argument. Other then that i would say grow up and let people vent and move on to more important things.
