So large discussion threads on Bay 12 and Something Awful and later Reddit don't count? Don't let me forget the 4chan folks that have come around from that discussion area. Word-of-mouth advertising is still advertising. If it weren't for these groups, I don't think HnH would even have half of their members and the game spread as much as it has.
