II. I'm not even sure that thread is in the right place, but it has been left there because it has been about player actions in the game as much as developer attitudes.
I. Depending on the illegal activity and the fact that all, what is seen being public and not seen not being public, public information posted is about all that could be used in the U.S. courts per-say the jackass-ery destroying the privacy portion of the 4th Amendment. That is an argument in its own that it still having a go-around in our courts due to the law not being updated towards the jump in technology. Though that basically is limited towards what is publicly posted, least a German court authorizes, which very well could happen, this site to hand over those private messages that can only be seen by the forum's staff. Legal ***** is annoying, eh? I'm not fond of it myself.
II. With all due-respect everything we debated, argued, belonged in that "Political something something" thread made for Claeyt's ramblings. Perhaps those post should be moved there to avoid the reality against the game being mixed up and confused, further so, more? Formalities are essential for debating after all. Thus allowing the debate, argument, to continue in sync with the topic not drafting into unnecessary topics. If, this being a suggestion, it deemed needed it may be best to move these off-topic, but needed, post here:
viewtopic.php?f=3&t=8104 as they would fit the topic of Claeyt's, and others' political ramblings, debates, and arguments. A mega-thread of sorts for this topic.
