I meant that I was usually so high I would just hop onto the forums and literally make a post within 5 seconds not even giving it any thought.
I didn't realize there would be such grave consequences trolling a ****** forum for a 100 user game back in the day.


The persona I put forth as "roninsword" is who i actually am, A chill guy looking for some pvp and raiding. Anyone who ACTUALLY know me knows I am not like the old realak who posted. For some reason, I felt like i was king **** mister tough ass being part of the tribe, and I put forth my identity as such.
Anyways, like i said, I'm done, keep your kiddy pool. I'll go swim in the ocean.

By the way, I guess the better way to get unbanned is to apologize, promise to behave and get as proof all the harmless posts done while evading the permaban.

Apologizing isn't even necessary honestly. An appeal just needs to either demonstrate that you're going to quit the offending behavior or that we made a mistake in the original ban. This did neither even after re-review of the evidence.

When appealing something, don't attack the people who will be making the decision regarding said appeal. Calling the mods names and attacking them will only help to solidify the previous decision. Simply admitting fault and saying "You are right. I was a ***** idiot who spammed the forums with my retardation and personally attacked Painhurtz, but if you give me another chance, I promise it won't happen again." probably would have gotten you unbanned. But instead, you came here and started a fight with the moderators. GG nub.

Nope, they don't make threads about it, and it's just an occasional remark here and there that doesn't wind up derailing the thread because Claeyt isn't as easily baited. And no, there'd be normal bans first, of which you've had plenty before you got permabanned because you steadfastly refused to listen to the mods and drop the damn issue. But yeah, honestly I'd like to start banning people for the Claeyt stuff, but the overall sentiment is that it hasn't reached critical level yet.

Meh, I've got a thick skin after a year of this. There have been a couple of times where people deserved bans for continuously derailing whatever thread it happened in, and Chief,Colesie and Darwoth take it too far the most but I'll repeat some advice someone gave me a long, long time ago for you, Realak and the other mods....

"You wouldn't stop and start arguing with some crazy person you don't know who's screaming obscenities at the crowd, trying to mercilessly harass you and yelling racial slurs at other people as you walk by him in real life, so why would you do it on the internet. Just call the cops or mods and move on."

There's a fine line between 'Trolling' as teasing and 'Trolling' as harassment and that's for the mods and admins to define on their forums. Paradox (through Moo) was a professional gaming company that knew forum harassment drives away players from the game, and not only the ones being harassed. I'm not sure that Jorb and Loftar realize that yet, or that their game is being hurt by it.
