See, this is the issue, I do do the research and I've trudged through those posts, both yours and his, and the exchange is constantly you provoking him and then threats are exchanged both ways. On an untold number of occasions mods and users stepped in to tell you both to quit it and this was followed with further provocation. Upon reviewing it, one is forced to arrive at the same conclusion that was hit upon so long ago -- you were very damaging to the forum.

You were warned and banned, and banned, and warned, and warned, and warned, and warned, and warned, and warned, and warned, and banned, and warned, and warned, and finally it was obvious the message wasn't getting through. The exchange that you were so vehemently determined to keep going and blaming on everyone else also involved you.

Fast forward to today and you're still doing it. Everyone else is at fault for your words and actions but you. I'm not sure where you think we're going to garner your innocence from these threads and messages. They still look pointedly like you harassing and attacking someone to the point where they felt it necessary to call the police to register a complaint for their safety. Yes he looks to bite back too and he ate bans and warnings for that appropriately as well.

You have over four months of history on just this conflict and at no point did you come out smelling like roses.

As I said before, if you can provide the name of the mod you messaged then we can get in contact with them, or try to, to hear more of the story. With only the evidence we have to work on, I have to stand by the decision that Moo made.

Nope, they don't make threads about it, and it's just an occasional remark here and there that doesn't wind up derailing the thread because Claeyt isn't as easily baited. And no, there'd be normal bans first, of which you've had plenty before you got permabanned because you steadfastly refused to listen to the mods and drop the damn issue. But yeah, honestly I'd like to start banning people for the Claeyt stuff, but the overall sentiment is that it hasn't reached critical level yet.

And yeah, I can't believe I was actually for removal of the permaban because you behaved decent enough on Roninsword account. It's now clear that you haven't changed one bit and are just waiting for the right trigger to bury the forums under a pile of ***** again. So yeah, you know how I'll be voting.

If your only course of action is to pick fights with as many people as you possibly can then I'm pretty sure this review is over. Unless someone wants to overrule me on this, the ban sticks.

In addition to this I would like to apologize for breaking the agreement that we all agreed to that we'd let by-gones be by-gones. Technically nothing before a certain date is supposed to stick any more by decree of jorb but I'm going to overstep my bounds and utilize this information as part of the review and decision.

I was obnoxious,rude,abrasive and addicted to drugs at the time. I didn't give a ***** so I just said whatever came to me.

And I'm saying that as somebody who 420s every day. Anyway, as long as you remain like this you can't function as a civilized forum member. Mods prefer when the job can get done with just a nudge, but people like you dig their feet in and spam the **** out of whatever they're not supposed to be posting to prove some kind of an imaginary point, and nothing short of permaban can get them to stop, and permabans are just sooo much paperwork.

Oh yeah?!?!? Don't just say this, find me proof. I'm looking right now. All I see is yes, I infiltrated his village (the only active recruitment thread on the forums at the time) and yes, I destroyed it from within by posting skype logs and making him paranoid and go ***** crazy.
