we will see whether salem sees the future filled with strong, persistent and never-defeated-living-fossil cockroaches, or one with weak humans somewhat in decent harmony and humane conflicts, where conflicts can actually mean something.

Only you, Many Letters, could try to twist the glory of victory as some kind of unfavorable outcome.

And I didn't know you found Roaches to be offensive. They are one of Mother Nature's creatures, arguably her more interesting ones. Resilient and unwavering in their determination to persist through the ages. As has always been said and as it always will be. The Tribe shall be here long after all the Squatters have perished and left. Considered a pest by those less respectful of all creations we swarm proudly in all crevices of Salem. The Mighty Cockroach.

i dont think i did?
and i wasnt talking about merely your group in particular, it was a generalization, in case you didnt realize.
you just went ahead and believed it was about you and found yourselves roaches, cause you must believe everyone is always talking about you. your existence has been seen only around for a year yet.

Any dialogue by any settler not involving the Tribe is hardly worth having.

So why are you having this conversation anyway? (rhetorical question).

Perma death is somewhat entertaining, however, as most will agree with me, only to one side :)

I think closest by rules (not by genre) game to Salem would be EvE. Bad guys can annihilate weaker ones (what salem wants to have), but those killed are reborn and play even tho are defeated (something that salem does not have and probably will not have). Still bounties on somone heads are awesome idea ^^. Wonder how many would put bounty on Tribe's heads ^^. Still, even if system like this is implemented, there is none to put bounty up. Sorry Tribe, you will never get a bounty ^^ lol.

The Chief was reborn 6 times after he was defeated. There are players who re-roll after death. Just the $hitty ones don't.
