Well, it looks like Jorb has gone off the deep end and wants to wallow in his idea of the mythical past of Christian Europe again. You can post as many fat nobles and over-dressed generals as you want but the ideas of socialism, liberalism and even early attempts at multi-culturalism existed throughout the entirety of the history of Europe.

And as long as we're posting music from the 18th Century.

USER WAS WARNED FOR THIS POST: Republican propaganda

no socialism, liberalism, multiculturalism or other evil/ugliness/stupidity.

Jacobinism not welcome here, Claeyt. Take it to the trash where it belongs.

Lützow's Wilde Jagd.

The Lützow freecorps is a doubtful inclusion, as the regiment crawled with young-german nationalist students and liberals. For their proud contribution toward ending the French Revolution and Bonaparte's Jacobin empire, however, it seems fitting that we post this song in their honor.

The song obviously incorporates the old and ominous indo-european theme of the odinic wild hunt.

Christmas truce 1914. English and German soldiers meeting in no man's land in a spontaneous truce. Unthinkable in democratic wars.

His political activity kinda falls outside of the time period here, but how do you feel about Ataturk?
