halp i cant login in game

i plays in w1, i transfered account. now i cant login in Salem with error login or password inncorrect! But they are correct! i am trying reinstall java, Salem and setting new password (i dont reinstall windows ).

1. User names for the game are case sensitive just like the passwords.
