Last July, jorb posted :

I've looked tru the 38 pages of this thread to find such a statement on the future of the game, didn't find anything. Can anybody give me the link for taht statement? It was probably done in another post? Thanks :)

Is this game still very much alive or is it dying out before ever reaching its full potential?

This game has a couple of major design roadblocks right now. Until those are resolved, major development will be slow.

No, I don't recall jorb coming back and making that statement. Feel free to dig around the forums and use the search features to look up statements from jorb.

Yeah the link provided is a June 2012 statement... nothing after July or since Jorb mentionned he would provide such statement. I will still search!

Hopefully this game is not dying, I just found it :)

Yes, indeed. I agree I also just found the game and though it feels a bit weird and requires you to get familiar with it at first it does seem to have great potential. I really hope that this project is not going to stop. You guys have come a long way! Way to long to stop the project now.

One thing though is that this game would need is some serious advertisment to become much better known. I knew of it through paradox, but if they are out of the picture how will other people get to know this game and earn you guys some money?

It's not dying. It's just slow right now. The devs are working on two games (one of which got mostly ignored for nearly two years while Salem was being worked on).

There's a whole discussion on drawing more people in elsewhere on the forum. Feel free to take it up there as I don't want to get the discussion going in multiple places. It's too hard to track the various opinions and voices.
