[Jamestown] Looking for a town to join

Hey guys, I am playing Salem now for 2 days and I already started my small homestead, but I actually want to live in a small town with an active community and something like jobs, so that there is one guy for fishing, another one is building stuff and so on and so on. So now I wanted to ask you guys if anyone has or knows a town, which I could join.
