Nope totally different towns.

Unfortunately Martinezz quit before he gave up the mayorhship of LotSF (Please come back and do that if you read this Martin), and Kiia quit right after he did and those 2 were the only two who could give citizenship there. I had a rag tag ruin of a town that I used as a mining base that I've been letting new people join and use for protection, but we're going to wait a bit and let everybody get settled in before we get anybody else there. LotSF is still active and they're saving up to replace the town bell. For now they're just going to keep paying it with who they have. They've said it's okay if new people want to join them but they'd only be able to settle near them for now until they get the new bell up.
