due to recent move of my claim I have some stuff to sell:

*0% pure just seeds, cheaper than buying in jamestown

And a claim (will add scr later) with:
Brick town house (1 cupboard inside), Mine (3% pure), 11 fields (some ready to gather tier 2 products), shack, ore smelter + stamp mill, turkey coop, press,
clin, 8 drying racks, every needed tool and lots of boxes some chest and metal chest, Its guarded by 3x stone wall and 18 braziers and it has walled area for 3x timber pile.
I don't except to earn too much but I hope some hermit that was raided will be interested, its far far away deep in the south-west near a lake, forest and plains. Lime node south east from camp.
