Selling the rights for a budding bidder to claim one of my stalls on Roanoke once it has been abandoned. The stall in question is located in the main market area. Purchase price is currently 5000, weekly rent 300 and tax rate of 15%.

Bidding starting @ 2500
Auction ends 17/2 22:00 GMT

Buyout price: 5000

Accepting bids in increments of 200

Highest Bidder: 2500 - akaVEGAS (Winning Bid)

You are bidding for the chance to own the stall, not transfer of ownership. The winner of the auction will have to pay purchase cost.

yea it sounds like they are trying to get some sucker to buy it up so they can pay the outrageous weekly fee and and 10-15% tax on everything they sell. Be honest I really don't think even a stalls 24/7 availability outweighs the expense to turn a profit.
