I'm tired of Salem and I think some of my stuff still could be useful for others. So I'm willing to present my settlement and anything you can find there to someone. Not sure about char yet.
What you will get? Walls, couple of smelters, two houses, two mines (1% and 16% pure), town bell, boxes, chests and cupboards full of different things (inspirationals, a lot of bear meat, etc.), maybe 7500 tiles personal claim (depends on my decision about char)
I'd prefer to give it to people who will take care of village, but if I wont find such people, and you are not one of them, feel free to just take all you need and move it to your home.

I will be glad to see my village in the hands of my Salem or hnh friends. Enemies I have respect for would be nice also. But strangers are welcome to pm me too.
