The guy has his prices in $ not silver so I guess its not underpriced at all.

I cant check prices in Boston, because of client crashes, maybe i will change them. Currently in silver.
And i will grant 16 shrooms to everyone who will tell me how to move my goods quick to Boston, like teleporting.

You can travel to Boston if you're in the range of your homestead [8 tiles for a leanto, the whole area that p-claim covers if that's your homestead].
You can sell the Savage Charms for 35 silver each to the NPCs. You could sell the Old Logs for 10 silver each easily too, probably even more.
