[Plymouth] ore for bars?

I was wondering if anyone wanted to trade a bunch of ore (not sure how many is needed) for 3 iron bars?

I guess it would be cheapest if you smelted like 8 lime with 17 ore twice.
That's 34 ore and 16 lime together.

I might sell you this amount, but I won't be in game for another 7 hours or so, so probably you might want to buy from someone else. Also, why don't you build a mine for yourself?

I do have a mine, however i cant make the ore smelter without the 3 ore bars hence trading for them

Ooooh, I thought you want to buy ore to make those 3 iron bars.
When someone says that he trades A for B, it usually means he wants to give A and receive B.

Well, it would be hard to make such trade. People who make iron always have mine available and mining ore is not really a problem.
You might have more luck selling items you forage.

I might offer iron bars for a mix of 50 of following items (for each bar):
- waxing toadstool
- sugar caps
- stray chestnut
- snail
- huckleberry

Possibly other people would make a better offer.
