So selling my site - i will need silver when I'll find new place

Infrustructure:
- mine (1 minute from),
- ore smelter, bread oven, meatsmoker, coop, kiln
- anvil, baking table, loom,
- two fields (25%)
and other things

Terrains - grasslands/badlands, dark forest, small autumn forest, lake in 1 minute, lime site in 1 minute

Minimum humours for living - 30

I think 1000s is reasonable price

Somebody who would like to buy this would have to consider travelling there, taking the risk of being ambushed, there's also nothing of any value, sorry, sir, but I don't think you will have any luck selling this, especially for 1k silver.
