Greetings Fine Citizens of Salem,
Some of you may remember this Lottery (it was awhile ago). Unfortunately, the first "picker" that was assigned to do the drawing was going to be Coles. During the time of the Lottery he ceased being a "Ranger for the Treaty" and became a "Leader of the Rebellion". As such we needed to select a new neutral 3rd party who wouldn't be privileged to the list of players contributing to Tribe events. We selected Enigmaz but after many weeks we were unable to coordinate the event. After this we attempted to solicit the help of Magic Man but our schedules to do the drawing did not coordinate well.

Finally, we selected Sabinati who has been extremely helpful in accommodating the drawing but then of course there was an issue with the store no longer working. Now that the store is working, and Sabinati has done the drawing I am proud to announce our winners. Better late than never I suppose. I will be announcing one new winner each day. That player will be given 24 hours to "claim" their prize (I'm sure many ticket owners have quit). In the event that they do not claim it I will select ANOTHER winner and announce it the following day in the hopes that these prizes do get delivered. There are a total of (4) prizes there were defined in the OP so there should be (4) claimed winners by the end of all this.
