[jamestown] buying/trading HQ seeds

saw someone with 40ish percent pumpkin seeds on a vendor so i know a few folks are starting to get stuff worth having, i am looking for pumpkin seeds above 20% and cabbage seeds above 25%, i can either buy them with silver, trade 100% cereal or corn in any of the 4 elements or some combination thereof.
