Buying high purity lead rod and some cereal seeds.

320-500s for the rod(25-40% in lead purity).

Cereal seeds around 10-20% either mercury or sulfur in purity. 2-3s per seed.

I'm curious, why does specifically lead matter? Fertilizer no longer affects crop's purity if you hadn't heard and I haven't seen anything that clearly is affected by high purity rock/iron.

Well yes, that, but mercury rocks would provide more black bile than lead would.

Buying of rod and seeds is not related agriculturally. :P

If I understanded correctly(conversation in IRC), the world has different areas of different purities. I thought we search for mining place with lead pure rod, because things seems to be lead pure around. If this is not true, please correct me.

I think the 2-3 silver per seed for 10-20% pure cereal seeds price is a bit irrational.
50 of 0% pure seeds sold by the Boston NPCs cost 125 silver, while 50 of the seeds at your price would be 100-150 silver.

Not irrational necessarily. Very quickly 0% seeds start getting sold to undercut the boston stalls. It's only objects being bought by the NPCs that have an actual price floor.

Oh and about "purity zones": I don't believe it in the slightest. I don't think anyone has enough data to actually prove this claim, but the same goes for disproving it in the end. Just take it with a grain of salt. If there's no purity zones, it still doesn't change the chances of you finding your lead purity mine anyway.
It's been neat to see the evolution of a game. Salem has come so far, and still has far to go. Although frustrating, I think it's been an experience worth the effort.

I did a test of one field of 25/25/25/25 seed and starter humus, nothing else applied, inside a lead mine, in a field in a marsh, on grassland and in pine forest. If I had more neutral starter humus I would have made 3 fields in each to account for RNG and provide a better sample size... And it seems to me its random and unrelated to the floor of the biome, although salt did show itself to increase in all but pine, where I got lead. I'd need to do more for a proper test because my sample size is far to small to draw any conclusions beyond one randomly gains elements and salt seems to predominate.
