anyhow if you were just wondering by that is pretty bad luck, but then again you should expect things like that when messing around near holdings that are not yours. i am sure you can rebuild that character and have it back to where it was before patch day.

I respect your brand of justice, so I know you did what you had to do, but were you really concerned that he was a threat after you KO'd him? Just curious if you are regularly threatened by similar attacks.

why would i go to the effort of KOing a hostile and not follow it up with a kill?

the taliban shooting their rusty AK into the air at an apache gunship that is about 2000 feet out of range are not a threat either, you still blow them away.
