When the devs added the Darko mask (since it was not in Haven and Hearth) I hope they had this song in mind as well as the movie. It is one way to describe the nature of games they create:

This game is better than reality TV and we get to participate for free.

When I read Lord of the Flies high school, I did not like it. I may need to read it again.

This game is about how you respond to the death of your character. Haven and Hearth made you more numb to death because almost everything could kill you and not knock you out. I understand days and days of time was spent, but that time was not wasted. Come back stronger. You understand game mechanics so much better than when you first started. Don't miss out on this free sand box. My deaths are most vivid in my mind in haven and hearth. I know I will die many a times here as well. I look forward to those exciting memories.

Also I think one day we will be doing stuff like this in large number on our couches. It will become a true social experiment then.

I'm sorry you was raid.I had to take a little break from salem and just came back today. I found your base about 1 month ago and left my HS for you to kin me but you didn't (maybe you did while I was on break) have not got time to check the alt yet.
You would of gotten raid a long while ago but I knew it would not be good if people from utopia raid so I told the member not to raid you. I was also worry when I found your base because it had decay body's laying around and having a killer near a noob town wouldn't be good that why I left my HS to talk to you and find out what type of player you are.
Killing and raiding is part of salem and you need to understand that. But I don't understand why they told you they were from Utopia since they had already town claim you they could of just surround the place so you couldn't collect scent and track.
But if you a still playing pm me , I will try to help you out in anyway I can. This could of been avoiding if you had kin me tho.
